We are continually looking  to employ full & part time Personal Assistants, based in Grantham, Lincolnshire & surrounding villages.

We are looking for the right people who care about the customers they support, who are good at building meaningful relationships & show compassion, respect, privacy & dignity to our customer's needs.

We want to change people's lives by delivering high quality care.

The job entails working in clients' homes, delivering a range of tasks from personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, domestic support, companionship, palliative, end of life & complex care.

We can accommodate staff who are looking for flexible hours, weekend and evening shifts.

We do require all of our team to work a minimal of every-other weekend.

Honest, professional, reliable, empathetic, committed & trustworthy individual.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Have a good level of English, both written & spoken.
A full driving licence & access to a vehicle preferable.
